9-day engagement to assess and review the Partner’s current services portfolio and benchmark to global best practices. Formulation of the Future State Services Portfolio, Development of Three Horizons Services Roadmap and Value Proposition Development.
Tier 2 partner with aspirations to become NextGen MSP and caters to mid-market customer base. Typically such a customer base will have extensive reliance on partners for cloud enablement and adoption. A partner that has been selling AWS services for 2-3 years. A partner that has potential and holds strategic significance for AWS but require some hand-holding and guidance with developing a comprehensive set of services portfolio. A partner that has executive sponsorship for this program, support and commitment to preparation, participation and active engagement.
Become an Expert MSP
MSP Certification Workshops Remote or onsite workshop intended to accelerate the achievement of accreditation to hyperscale cloud provider’s MSP Programs by providing recommendations to meet the program requirements, including an implementation plan.
AWS Partners Cloud Economics & Billing Workshop
This workshop will assist new or existing partners who are participating in the AWS Solution Provider Program (SPP) with understanding how to achieve partner growth, how to bill for AWS services, how to make money and increase margins through the program, advantages of partner–led support and AWS services, and understanding best practices and tooling to support growing partners.
