Partner Transformation Gap Analysis (PTGA)
The PTGA is a consultant–led analysis of partner capabilities compared to leading Next Generation Cloud Managed Service Providers. The PTGA benchmarks the partner’s hyperscale cloud business (Azure, AWS, GCP services) against the global best practices.Evaluations are undertaken to leverage ISSI’s proprietary assessment framework,and a vast dataset gathered through the four years of the PTGA delivery, consulting, and auditing best–in–class MSPs.The partner is provided with an understanding of existing gaps and high–level recommendations around thirteen functional capabilities to accelerate the maturity of the hyperscale cloud services.
Cloud Management Platform
The cloud management platform is an interactive 2–day remote workshop to enable MSP partners to develop a CMP roadmap for adoption in alignment with the partner’s goals and objectives. ISSI consultants will provide an overview of the CMP requirements and characteristics adopted in the industry.
Cloud Economics & Billing Workshop (AWS Partners)
The cloud economics and reseller billing workshop to assist new or existing partners who are participating in the AWS Solution Provider Program (SPP) with understanding how to achieve partner growth, how to bill for AWS services, how to make money and increase margins through the program, advantages of partner-led support and AWS services, and understanding best practices and tooling to support growing partners. Partner is provided with a plan that enables SPP program growth and a roadmap.
Cloud Business Strategy Development Workshop
Cloud business strategy development workshop is a remote or onsite workshop to facilitate the development of a hyperscale cloud strategy utilizing a well–developed framework and methodology benchmarked to global best practices. Through a series of ideation and brainstorming workshops, ISSI consultants facilitate to guide the partner in formulating cloud business goals, priorities and initiatives.
Cloud Centre of Excellence Development
This is a remote or onsite engagement workshop to assist partners with understanding & implementation CCoE best practices. Workshop will help develop a vision and structure for the CCoE that will contribute towards eight key functional areas. Ideation/ brainstorming sessions will enable the partner to identify & prioritize actions in each of the functional & operational areas to achieve the partner’s objectives.
